Title:
OCONUS Site Lead

KBR is seeking a Site Lead to provide OCONUS deployment support as the primary manager, engaging with the Task Force Commander, the Gaining Unit leadership and Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) stakeholders with integrating Directed Energy Weapon Systems training, advanced technologies, TTP's, and new materiel solutions into the Fires enterprise.
- Be the site lead/ manager for the Directed Energy M-SHORAD weapons system deployed OCONUS with responsibilities ranging from managing FSR team, Unit Training, NET/NEF, DE MSHOARD gunneries, implement maintenance program and operational readiness rate (ORR) as prescribed by the contract. Maintain operational budget. Advise PM and engineering team on hardware/ software improvements to the DE MSHOARD weapon system.
- Ability to maintain close daily working relationships with senior Air Defense Artillery community, FCOE, and KORD leadership; serve as a liaison on behalf of the Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO), Army Test and Evaluations Command (ATEC), the OCONUS Gaining Unit, and Program Executive Office Missiles and Space; to coordinate, plan, and host daily/weekly DE MSHORAD Working Group (WG) meetings.
- Assist in creating doctrinal and training products such as TSP's, POI's, TTP's, and employment guidance.
- Improve flow of the DOTMLPF-P, JCIDS, and RCCTO processes within support of program transition to program of record (POR) status.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Air Defense Artillery SHORAD systems experience
- 7+ years of supervisor or management experience with DoD weapon systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Management (Master's Degree Preferred)
- Active "Secret" Clearance
- Experience with DOTMLPF-P, JCIDS, and RCCTO Processes
- Establish/possess FCOE and Air Defense Artillery senior level network

Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of BN or higher Air Defense Artillery experience
- Directed Energy weapons System experience
- OCONUS Deployment Experience
- Capabilities Development Course
- PMP
- Training Developer Course
- Systems integration experience
- Networking Experience
