Senior Administration Assistant - Qatar Airways - Baghdad

Purpose: To provide general secretarial support to the Country Manager including the handling of confidential and Sensitive issues, which require a high degree of discretion. To perform typing and transcription duties and other tasks as assigned by immediate manager. Promote high standards of corporate values through correspondence, telephone, and personal contact.

Accountabilities:
- Perform various clerical, administrative, or secretarial duties to support requirements and maintain the office functions smoothly on daily basis.
- Compose reports and correspondence containing decision of designated manager.
- Process staff duty travel papers including exit permits, tickets, per diem allowances etc.
- Process visitors travel documentation including visas, tickets, accommodation
- Maintain accurate staff records concerning annual leave, attendance , overtime, legislative requirements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence relating to meeting minutes
- Respond to email, faxes and incoming post.
- Manage and maintain office pantry supplies, prepare requisitions requests
- Arrange participate in, implement conferences and meetings as requested
- Coordinate request from staff and Doha regional office
- Proactively propose system/procedure enhancements to improve performance and efficiency



Requirements

You will have 3 years of job related experience, with minimum of 1 or more years in secretarial/administrative position preferably in a multinational/airline/hospitality organization.

You should be well organized, able to work under pressure dealing with confidential information and have advanced knowledge of both written and spoken English.

IT skills (Excel, Word and Power Point) are essential for the position.
