Job description / Role
The required candidate must have the design experience mentioned below to be in charge of the overall Architectural design and be able to coordinate with all other related trades and engineers , structural &MEP to produce full set of construction drawings for our client.
Requirements
1. Senior design Architect with hands on experience in designing multi storey towers, preferably in the gulf area.
2. Experienced in all matters and design standards/ codes related to fire fighting, fire escapes, emergency exits,
3. Must be able to control the coordination work with the various MEP and structural design works .
4. Be able to produce the full set of construction drawings and tender documents that must be submitted to the client.
