Job description / Role
My client are a well established Private Equity fund investing in companies from early stage Venture Capital up to Pre-IPO, including both primary and secondary transactions into Israeli-related companies both locally and internationally. The fund invest into a variety of different companies in both technology and life-sciences sectors.
Currently, they are looking to add an Associate / Principal to their team. You will be directly responsible for deals across stages of the cycle including origination, due diligence, execution and portfolio management.
Key skills and experience:
- 2-4 years of experience for an Associate and around 5-8 years for a Principal
- Transactional experience on either the buy or sell-side - investment experience is critical for a Principal
- Background in Banking, Consulting, Start-ups or Corporations
- Experience and a passion for either technology or life-sciences
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
