Automotive Service Advisor - Ivory Coast - French Speaking

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Ivory Coast. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and have a strong background in automotive commercial and passenger vehicles. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our automotive services.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the service department
- Listen to customer concerns and create detailed service orders
- Schedule vehicle maintenance and repair services based on customer needs
- Communicate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Provide accurate cost estimates and obtain customer approval for repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any service issues or concerns
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of automotive products and services
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures for service operations

Salary:
EUR 4,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Full ex-pat package (accommodation, car, etc.)

Requirements

- Fluency in French and a good command of English
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of commercial and passenger vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented and proficient in using automotive service software and systems
- Familiarity with automotive parts and components
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy service department
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
