Job description / Role
Kuehne and Nagel-Jordan is looking to hire a junior accountant
Your tasks and responsibilities
* Pre-registration of all invoices received from suppliers.
* Responsible from company cash box (daily cash payments).
* Follow up all unacknowledged suppliers' invoices.
* Follow up all unacknowledged invoices
* Issuing CHQ's + transfers for suppliers
* Follow up with any transactions related to our accounts with the banks
* Follow up with all issues related to bank guarantees.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Booking all expenses submitted by company departments on job files.
* Follow up all purchases for company usage.
Requirements
* BA in Accounting
* 0-1 year of experience
* Very Good English and Computer Skills
* Team Player
* Can Handle Pressure
* Willing to learn
