Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Butler, who will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations, filled with purpose in actions to contribute and deliver experiences that are astounding and superlative. Guides and inspires the others through examples, innovative-thinker, embodies a strong sense of leadership, communicator who creates an atmosphere that is positive for both team and residents.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Greet all arriving guests and offer a detailed orientation of their rooms and its facilities.
- Establish good public relations with all guests.
- Demonstrates a commitment to provide warm, anticipative service to exceed the needs and expectations of our discerning guests.
- Acts as the reference team member for guests during their stay and ensures that all requests from guests are made possible or are followed up.
- Always transmits guest requests and preferences accurately to the team.
- Receives, records, and distributes various reports via the Opera system.
- Coordinate with room service, all food and beverage items served in rooms and subsequent removal of used items.
- Maintain the guest's personal items, clothing and wardrobes in a clean, neat fashion throughout their stay.

Requirements

- Collect, process, check, deliver all guests valet requirements, perform simple pressing of guest clothing as necessary.
- Ensures all the residents receive prompt and courteous service.
- Assist guest with room and local information; make bookings and reservations as required by guest.
- Assist as required in the following areas, restaurant, reception, luggage services, back of house cleaning and maintenance.
- Practices up-selling of the hotel products and facilities.
- Fully understands the difference of guest levels (VIP).
- Assists with other responsibilities and duties in the absence of a team members or other tasks assigned by the manager.
- Follows all policies and procedures ascertained by the hotel.
