Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading global law firm, who looking to hire an Arabic Speaking Corporate Associate with 0-6 years PQE to join its market leading practice in Amman. The firm would be interested in a high-quality Common Law qualified lawyer.
The role will involve working closely with the lead Partner and senior Lawyers in the firm’s Amman office and well as part of its broader network. The successful candidate will be advising corporate and financial institutions on a range of public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate work.

Requirements
The firm is interested in speaking to a qualified Lawyer with 0-6 years post qualification experience gained at an established law firm. You will need strong academic records and qualifications and be a native Arabic speaker with excellent Arabic written skills.
Demonstrable experience of supporting on corporate M&A and joint venture matters along with experience of acting on complex cross-border M&A is preferred.
