Job description / Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager, who has previous experience working within the FMCG industry. This role will be responsible for managing and multiple units within Jordan. Responsible for managing the complete Engineering function for this food production organisation as they develop, test, modify, and create solutions to technical problems and is based in Amman, Jordan.
Ideally, our client would like to meet people who have previously managed the Engineering function on a multi-site level . Only candidates who have a minimum of 8 years experience in roles such as Engineering Manager/Maintenance Manager and/or Facility Manager will be considered.
The role is specifically recruiting for Jordanian males, with an educational background in Mechanics/Mechatronics or Maintenance Engineering and who have excellent management, communication and leadership skills. There may be some travel required throughout the region, although it will predominately be based in Jordan.
Candidate applications fitting the above criteria who are not currently based in Jordan will be considered. The working days are Saturday to Wednesday, Thursday half day and Friday off.
