Job Description & Summary
Ability to review, analyze and document the current and future HC Operations Standard Operating Procedures:
- HC Back Office Operations
- HC Payroll Operations
- HC Services
Expected Deliverables are
- As Is + Current State Assessment Report
- Defined business processes L1, L2, L3
- Defined rules/governance for each process
- Developed standard operating procedure for each BP
Requirements
Preferred skills
- Business Process Analysis
- Standard Operating Procedures
Minimum years’ experience required
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in documenting and writing BPs and SOPs
Additional application instructions
- Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders
- Define and document using Google Docs, Google Sheets and/or MS Excel/Word
Degrees/Field of Study required
- Degrees/Field of Study preferred:
- Bachelor in Business Administration
- Business Administration/Management, Bachelor of Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
