Employment: Full Time

Role Overview & Responsibilities:

To Assist the Fitness Manager (where applicable).
- To Ensure the Fitness Team achieves their agreed Monthly KPIs through profitable and sustainable growth.
- To Drive Fitness Team to Deliver High Quality Fitness Service within Member Journey.
- Responsible for New Member Journey and the member induction process.
- Responsible for gym floor brand standards and member experience.
- To Drive Fitness Team to achieve Fitness Budgets through profitable and sustainable growth.
- To monitor and support Fitness First member's needs, which includes the new member journey, day to day experience, gym floor activities and personal training services.
- Enforce all rules and regulations of the club, including ensuring that all Occupational Health and Safety standards are promoted, understood and adhered by the members.
- Provide an outstanding Customer Service through quality member interaction.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within the fitness industry.
- Registered and Certified with relevant REPS accreditation.
- Arabic Speaking Preferred
