Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Conducting HR trend analysis and reporting activities to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.

Perform hands-on project work for clients which will involve research, drafting and developing materials and other deliverables.

Assist in the preparation of client proposals.

Keep current on industry practice trends and developments.

Gathers data on newly available trends in HR, Business, Finance, Economy and new developments and inputs data into appropriate databases.

Provide research support and assistance to the team. Performs certain regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the production and delivery of research material.

Requirements

Experience as an HR Generalist or Organization Development

Strong Critical thinking skills, ability to generate new ideas and creative solutions.

Proven time management skills – ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, execute in a fast-paced environment, understand priority, urgency and know when to escalate.

Ability to take direction and feedback to make improvements.

Proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Visio and Excel.
