HR Country Manager - Jordan

Charterhouse is working with a prestigious organisation who is looking to hire a HR Manager for their branch in Jordan.

In this role you will support the Regional HRBP by providing general HR support across all HR activity within the area. You will support the organisation with developing strategies, plans, budgets, projects and timelines to deliver the regional manpower and business plans. You will also act as a country HR leader and support a local team with any issues related to HR.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be Degree educated and have experience working within a HR management position. You should have excellent knowledge of the local labour law as well as be a confident communicator at all levels. Further qualifications such as a CIPD or equivalent are advantageous. It is essential you are fluent in English and fluency in Arabic would beneficial.
