Job Description & Summary
A career within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm.

You will be supporting the Assurance Proposal Manager and the rest of the Assurance Proposal team in managing pursuit opportunities, and knowledge and insights to help the pursuit teams deliver distinctive and tailored winning solutions. Support in developing insights and tools to ensure that information is readily available to facilitate the organization in achieving its business needs.

Responsibilities:

Internal Process

- Support the Assurance team in facilitating the internal support of proposal development stages, including gathering information to pull together first drafts of proposals, assessing client requirements, and reviewing drafts to ensure that proposal requirements are fulfilled, providing inputs and organizing the content including structure and formatting of proposal documents.
- Manage the Assurance proposal workflow tool, alongside the dedicated inbox replying to queries/ work overflow to ensure that all opportunity requests are monitored and addressed in a timely manner.
- Work on collecting sources for assigned research on key targeted themes relevant to the business priorities of the firm.
- Update the knowledge management systems to serve the business needs and requirements inclusive of maintaining a current list of resume libraries, project reference databases and trackers, project deliverables, pricing and CV databases, tools, templates and collateral.
- Engage with Business Development (Inbound Lead, Account Drivers, Pursuits & Insight Lead) and Assurance sub-LoS (line of service) leaders and key stakeholders to confirm and support proposals.
- Collaborate with Assurance Marketing Business Partners to tap into industry expertise and draw valuable information for PwC Middle East's clients and industries across the region when required.

- Act as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas of the business, building cross-functional relationships as needed

Requirements

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Studies, Research or Business Administration

Language

- Fluency in spoken and written English, proficiency in Arabic is an advantage

Overall Experience

- 1-2+ years of experience in business development or proposal development

Specific Experience

- Basic research and account management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages, specifically PowerPoint for Proposals and Presentations

Knowledge and Skills

- Knowledge of the Professional Services Industry or MNC
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Strong technology background/Experience
- Strong time management skills
- Good project management skills
- Good information management skills
- Knowledge of the research field
- Process driven and able to facilitate workflow in challenging conditions and working with difficult stakeholders
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
