About the team

You will get to be part of a dynamic team composed of Careem veterans to new tigers who joined on a mission to build and propel Careem Food to become the market leader. We strive to embody our values of ownership, shooting to the moon, and being of service to customers, partners, colleagues, and captains. As a Sales Team Lead you will have the essential role of managing the team responsible for executing our sales strategy and vision by successfully signing and onboarding new partners and improving the customer experience through an increased restaurant supply for our customers.

What you'll do

Account Management and coordination

- Target and end goal driven individual
- Understand how to achieve an end goal by focusing on individual KPIs and measuring each
- Proficient in communication and interacting with accounts
- Ability to push, sell and drive decision making with external stakeholders

Organization and process driven

- Ability to juggle multiple moving priorities
- Problem solve and implement changes at scale
- Proficient in ability to execute plans with excellence whilst being highly flexible to changing priorities and implementing new learnings

Requirements

What you'll need

- 1-3 years of experience in customer facing commercial or operational roles
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Arabic
- Track record of working with multiple external stakeholders simultaneously
- Ability to be flexible, self-driven and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Motivated to be one of the first members of a new team and being able to support in setting the structure and strategy
- Driven by a culture of high performance, momentum and sense of purpose
- Food delivery/tech experience experience is a plus
- Proficient in data analysis,reading, reporting, excel, etc.
- Experience with CRM tools
