Job description / Role
Responsible for ensuring accurate and appropriate data entry and completion of administrative tasks through proper coordination/follow-up on shipments and department services.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare delivery documentation and ensure timely receipt from suppliers, forwarders, clearing agents and insurance
- Ensure proper keeping and timely completion of accurate shipment and general records
- Set up and keep up-to-date a database of local, national and international forwarders and suppliers ensuring records accuracy
- Classify and track all replies to communications sent to suppliers
- Follow up on and file required documentation related to the corporation’s contracts and Logistics actions
Requirements
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
- 0-1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree (TS)
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
