Job description / Role
The Main Areas of responsibility:
• To ensure machine is started and stopped aligning shift timings
• To ensure volumes per hour are fulfilled based on rated output
• To keep downtime at the minimum
• To keep wastages from the machine within the limits set
• To ensure autonomous maintenance of the machines takes place on regular frequency
• To keep the workstation clean and tidy
• To ensure manpower per line is set based on allocation
• To assist supervisor in tracking product yield.
• To operate machineries according to safe and hygienic practices as per guidance by his supervisor and following hygiene and food safety protocols of the company
