Job Description

Internal: Work in harmony with all your colleagues and hotel staff.

External:

Materials: All machinery and engineering materials and tools.

- Check all walk in cold room on daily basis and take reading.
- Make a routine inspection on FCU & AHU in case found repair do so.
- Check all the freezer and fridges and if required maintenance do so.
- Check the chillers on daily basis and report any problem.
- Check chilled water primary and secondary pump and report if any problem.
- Check banquet halls AC system troubleshoot any problems if exist.
- Accomplish the preventive maintenance program strictly as outlined by Assistant Chief Engineer and submit the report after work completion
- Receives the calls from engineering office, telephone operator, reception and Housekeeping to be able to answer any time without failing in order to attend the guest complain.
- Receives maintenance repair order from different department through engineering office and gives top priority to the guest complain without delay and execute as per MH&R standards.
- Check AC system for tea lounge, movenpick, Iranian, morocco rotana café, typical floors and basements troubleshoot if required.
- Follow up chemicals needed for chilled water in chillers.
- Should aware emergency procedure and be ready for all the times.
- Should aware all hotel AC and refrigeration machinery, the function of every part how to operate, how to maintain and when it needs spare parts replacement.
- Should able to detect reason of damage of all AC and refrigeration equipments independently try to fix in in the proper way and determine procedure of fixing and materials or spare parts needed referring your superior if necessary then report to the chief engineer.

- Cooperate with colleagues and maintain teamwork sprit within department and develop your contact with other departments.
- Preserve your tools and keep work place clean tidy and well organized.
- Constantly maintain a top level of personal tidiness and good appearance.
