Job Description

Nurse - Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba

Under the guidance and supervision of the Line Manager, his/her responsibilities are to provide efficient, personalized, courteous and punctual service, as per operations standard procedures.

What you will be doing:

- Being a team player in assisting the Housekeeping Attendants to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficiently
- Offer professional, friendly and engaging service to all guests and responding timely to any special requests
- Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience an asset
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimum supervision
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming

Your team and working environment:

- Fulfils working duty according the respective job description
- Provides personalised service within the limits of the established job specifications
- Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities
- Respects house rules and the culture of the host country
- Maintains an excellent team spirit and relationship with all associates, regardless of department or levels
- Shares knowledge and revenant information that can help improving guest handling and service standards

Qualifications

- Nursing practice license
