Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

DESCRIPTION
- Understand, write, analyse and communicate policies with stakeholders and customers.
- Take down items in compliance with our related guidelines.
- Receive and dispatch requests & inquiries internally, answer questions, validate & execute requests
- Post creation edits owner: Invoke content edits & fixes in Arabic & English for live items
- Provide feedback about unusual products, unavailable types or attributes.
- Research to find and/or verify provided data, translate attributes and titles for creation requests submitted by un supported sellers.
- Utilization of content taxonomy best practices when creating or editing content, source quality images.
- Oversee delivery of first class customer support through phone, chat and email for multiple properties and languages.
- Demonstrates highest quality standards and administration of content audit process.
- Contact sellers with listing abuse or misuse, to provide best practices tips.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in a Compliance and/or eCommerce operations environment.
- Ability to handle promptly work related emergencies whenever they occur.- Flawless command of both Arabic & English languages, third language is a plus- Excellent time-management, organizational & communication Skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, with effective & open-minded resolution of conflicting priorities.
- Advanced computer skills, especially Excel
- Currently eligible to work in Jordan

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Customs, import or international logistics operations environment.
- Experience in training & policy writing.
- Good command of French or Turkish Language.
- Compliance, technical background or a degree in linguistics or library science.
