Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Creative Graphic Manager to join our office based in Amman, Jordan

Responsibilities

- Lead on the creation of KEO and Allied Practice graphics, brand oversight for internal teams such as HR, FM&A, Design Review, HSE.
- Provide external client brand requests, and general creative services for reports, submittals, project related branding.
- Create iconography, managing brand manuals, project tracking and photography, databases, PPT templates and control for overall continuity for the firm.
- Deliver brochures, CV's, website, digital collateral, VR branding, proposal templates, reports and other aspects for all areas of the firm.
- This includes website, online materials and all external websites for Allied Practices - all touchpoints for the brands.

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Responsible for all aspects of proposal presentations including Infographics & diagrams, templates & formatting, custom proposals & reports packaging and PowerPoint management.
- Responsible for full scope of qualifications and brochures, including to assemble, order and export targeted qualifications, Infographics / covers / design as needed, project datasheets - initiation, creation & tracking, SharePoint qualifications database management, data coordination with responsible parties, create online interactive media.
- Support KEO Sub-brands in branded material and Technical Services (where necessary) Including Website design / manage front & backend, social media graphics & page branding, PowerPoints, and Stationary coordination with FM&A.
- Assist Public Relations Team in advertising & announcements, awards & rankings entries, exhibitions & events, editorial, social media.
- All aspects of Photography and Media requirements including, the tracking of projects - Renderings & photos, schedule site photo updates (site visits), coordinate professional FINAL photography, In-house site drone video / photos, newsletter & event photos.
- Provide Leadership and creative direction to areas of specialty, including Branding and Graphic Design, Datasheet Management
- Workshops and adobe certification

Requirements

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10+ years of relevant work experience and/or training partnered with a Bachelor or equivalent from four-year college or university.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal clients.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Ability to understand and carry out general instructions.
- Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
- Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Expert skills with various software programs, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills
- Experience in agency and or professional consultancy (multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy a plus)
