Job description / Role
The Senior Business Analyst Specialist is responsible for analyzing, import/build data, and generate reports that meet the needs of the business.
Key Accountabilities
• Analyze big data for trends, anomalies and potential issues.
• Make recommendations upon results of analysis.
• Create and maintain the inventory of ABS reports which are distributed from the ABS.
• These will include standard scheduled reports as well as adhoc reporting.
• Analyze project feasibility with business development team, decide on the feasibility of projects, and prepare a detailed specification document accordingly.
• Troubleshooting the errors that results from end-of-month closing.
• Fixor report them to the development team.
• Generating and analyses reports from single or multiple systems adding commentary as necessary before issuing such reports.
• Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analyst if necessary.
• Take ownership of the BI reporting platform is as much as it relates to the ABS.
• Support the Group Compliance program where required.
• Ensure high level of customer service is delivered and maintained and that internal customers are satisfied by meeting all internal SLA's and by following up on requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in managing and developing team members to ensure that the department has the required knowledge and efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information System or Information Technology; MBA is a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience is a similar field.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong knowledge of the Business field (ERP Systems).
• Advanced experience in SQL server, Access , SQL scripts coding.
