Our newest opportunity is for a Sustainability Engineer to join our award-winning team based in Amman, Jordan .

This role is responsible for supporting projects and clients to improve their sustainability performance and achieve high green certification ratings.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Organizing and delivering sustainable real-estate certification during conceptual design and delivery.
- Attending Client meetings as needed on behalf of the wider sustainability and environmental team.
- Working directly on design and consultancy deliverables including technical reports and supporting calculations.
- Ensuring existing quality control, quality assurance, submittal protocols, and document flow procedures are followed and successfully implemented.
- Communicating effectively in English with our clients and international teams.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 to 10 years' work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architectural or Engineering.
- Knowledge of working on green certifications and submission procedures as per US Green Building Council and BRE requirements will be considered beneficial.
- Knowledgeable of the environmental and sustainability market in KSA and able to communicate excellent English as a native Arabic speaker.
- Candidates having LEED-, WELL- or BREEAM Accredited Professional will be favorable.
