Kentz now has a requirement for a Systems Completions Lead, based in Jordan.

Responsibilities:

Generation of Systems Completion Plan so all stakeholders are aligned with all SC (System Completion) terminology, turnover acceptance for the project.

Generation of System Boundary Drawings by System / Sub-System i.e. P&ID’s, SLD’s, HVAC drawings.

Development of SC Project Roadmap

Systems Completions Responsibility Matrix

Generation of full System / Sub-System Listing

Development of full Project specific critical check sheets for all tagged items for Construction and Pre-commissioning.

Manage Set up and population of Systems Completions Management Database

Generate all project completion certification i.e. Discipline Mechanical Completion Certificate (DMCC), Sub-System Mechanical Completion Certificate (SSMCC), System Mechanical Completion Certificate (SMCC), Ready for Start-Up Certificate (RFSU), System Turnover Notice (STN), System Handover Certificate (SHC) (Full or Partial as Required), Facility Acceptance Certification etc.

Complete Management and Generation of Completion Dossiers by system.

Complete Management and Generation of full Step by Step Dynamic Commissioning Procedures

Management of Generation of full SC schedule (with assistance from Planner and SC Specialists) and integration of same in to project overall schedule.

Generation of FAT Participation Matrix + FAT check sheet allocation for major equipment to ensure all documentation has been received in full and all FAT punch items were recorded and added to the SCMD.

Hold SC Workshops to ensure alignment between all Stakeholders and what is required from them for SC acceptance at all project milestones.

Manage Generation of Preservation Plan and preservation check sheets (this activity has to be carried out with Engineering in conjunction with Vendor recommendations).

Check sheets to be added to SCMD.Manage procurement of all Commissioning and Start-Up spares, first-fills, special tools and equipment to ensure all mentioned are present at site in a timely manner for execution.Develop Systems Completions Vendor Support Plan

Requirements

Education and Skills
•Diploma / Degree in an Engineering Discipline
•Minimum 10 Years of direct relevant commissioning experience on site
