Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Develop and enhance selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other talent acquisition employees in line with the business strategy.
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies and perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Lead employment branding initiatives, develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, and determine current staffing needs to ensure the proper implementation of the department's goals.
- Enhance the process of sourcing applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Lead the talent acquisition team to ensure a full understanding of the recruitment needs; and ensure the creation of an effective Pool of Talent in accordance with the set SLA and OLA standards aligned with the hiring managers.
- Coordinate with the Head of Departments to ensure full understanding of the recruitment needs while providing them with professional advice and guidance on interviewing techniques and candidate selection
- Develop and manage the new joiners onboarding program for ABS in line with various business strategies and requirements.
- Develop and maintain high level of customer services and productive working relationships with stakeholders to
- foster business improvement and objective achievement.
- Ensure continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) to ensure effective implementation and achieve results.
- Provide the needed support in the recruitment activities by utilizing and implementing creative recruitment solutions (Headhunting, open days, job fairs, e-recruitment tools, media and other).
- Create, implement, and oversee a set of Talent Acquisition metrics (KPIs and objectives) measuring the effectiveness of both, the department and team productivity, and fill vacancies with qualified candidates for key positions in a timely manner.

Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or Human resources, MBA is a plus
- 7-9 years of experience in a similar field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English
- Experience with ATS is a plus
