PAYFORT is part of Souq Group, established in 2013. PAYFORT is regional expert in payment processing technology and solutions across major markets in the GCC & Levant countries, operating in UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan and Qatar.
Duration of Contract : Full Time for 1 year
Type of Contract : Temporary
Location: Amman, Jordan
Primary Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet guests and visitors
• Receive all internal and external couriers
• Handle incoming calls
• Manage all outgoing and incoming couriers
• Coordinate for pending deliveries, and other issues
• Coordinate and assist in providing new staff on getting access to the company network (i.e. outlook, phone etc.)
• In charge of all office and pantry supply requirements
• In charge of boardroom management and scheduling meetings for the employees
• Prepare standardized letters for the employees and send out communications in the office
• Handle small petty cash box and petty cash expenses
• Receive supplier's invoices
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Bilingual (English and in Arabic) is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional and positive attitude
• Solid communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
