DESCRIPTION

Souq.com Ops Tech supports Middle-east fulfillment center technologies. It encompasses all of the technology services that cover our fulfillment centers (FCs) and courier integration.

As a Technical Program Manager on Souq.com Ops Tech program, you will be a key member of a small cross discipline team that will validate requirements and verify that the software services support the operational processes. This team will develop the operational processes and provide training for the core leadership teams of the new facilities. The team will include a Technical Program Manager, Software Engineers and Operations Experts.

The successful candidate will be able to:

· Collect and document business and technical requirements
· Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
· Effectively manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts that balance client and company needs
· Effectively manage projects, dependencies and bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints
· Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 3+ years of relevant work experience in Technical program and/or technical product management in a software applications environment
· Ability to fully engage with technical teams and business teams
· Knowledge of MS Office applications
· Bachelor's degree in a related technical field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Master Degree in a related technical field
· Experience with agile or other program management methodologies
· Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units
· Strong business judgment
· Supply Chain / Logistics experience
