Tenant Coordinator / Project Manager

Working within the project management team in Astana the Retail - Tenant Coordinator will be required to work within the Landlords Retail Design and Delivery Departments and will have the following responsibilities:

- Be involved in all construction activities and provide specific architectural input relating to the Tenant Coordination function
- Ensure that the design and construction guidelines set forth are adhered to
- Be responsible for ensuring that all shops are fully operation by the established opening date

Requirements

Experience in the following is required:

- Relevant degree in a construction related industry
- Previous experience of Retail Tenant coordination and strong Project Management skills
- Extensive knowledge of property standards and retail leases
- Budgeting and financial reporting experience
- Fluent in Russian
