Job description / Role
Director Global Customer Quality (Solar Consumer Products) Opportunity in Nairobi, Kenya
Organization operates in East and West Africa, with supply chain from Asia.
• Based in Nairobi with travel across Africa and some global.
• Responsible for driving continuous improvement across and throughout the operations of the business.
• Experienced at working in a matrix environment and reporting into the executive board.
• Data driven, deeply analytical and motivated by providing world class quality performance.
• Familiar with operating in a matrix environment and successfully influencing.
Requirements
• Master Degree in Quality, Business, Supply Chain
• 10 years’ experience from consumer electronics, B2B electronics and or medical systems industry
• Responsible for overall quality control, quality engineering and quality improvements on solar energy products for consumers
• Prefer six sigma trained and experienced in other quality tool and systems management.
