Job description / Role
Accountable for Management & Maintaining Brand Software Applications and Master data Management
Ensure all sales and purchase-related systems within the division, have accurate and relevant master data, and enable transactional systems integration
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
Accountable for managing software applications as well as software and Inventory systems upgrades
Monitor applications where applicable and complete required data updates, also liaise with central IT teams to ensure any issues are resolved within agreed business SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
Analyzing business operations and improving efficiency
Monitoring the roll-out of new software applications to ensure there are no underlying issues
Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with business application software
Training employees on the use of any new software applications
Creating, executing, and maintaining brand Master - Menu data
Ideally from a Retail background, with a broad and deep knowledge of Retail processes
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience in defining, documenting, and capturing Process
- Experienced in Retail Master data management & software.
- Knowledge of Product and Recipe Management
- A strong communicator, able to influence and challenge in a constructive way
- Demonstrates both a structured and detailed approach
- Able to draw out and capture clear business requirements and functional processes
- A customer-first approach, confident and experienced in interacting
