Job description / Role
My client a large International Consultancy has an immediate opening for an Associate Design Director for large projects in Kuwait.
Experience on large prestigious mega projects with some experience on high rise projects, having worked from beginning to end on these projects.
Requirements
All applicants should fulfill the following Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture - From an accredited educational institution
- Master's Degree in Architecture is preferred
- Membership of leading international institutions, i.e. RIBA or AIA is essential
- Minimum of 15 - 20 years in a supervisory/management position
- Knowledge of Construction Industries/Building including Health and Safety related International Standards and Codes, plus those applicable and adopted by government of Kuwait
- Knowledge of national/local ministerial regulations, standards and performance criteria
- Practice and knowledge of BIM software, Revit etc.
