Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The job holder will be responsible for the Payroll preparation, workings and disbursement ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

DO - Key Responsibilities

Payroll Accounting

- Maintain Payroll in Oracle HRMS and c ompile all staff related information and periodically update HRMS

- Checking and preparation of monthly Payroll, all employee related payment which includes leave salary, advances, final settlement

- Handle salary transfer formalities

- Prepare and check Payroll

o Leave settlement workings

o Full and Final Settlement workings

o Medical Reimbursement vouchers

o Correspondence on Salary Advance and HRA Advance

- Coordinate staff related requirements like Salary Certificate, Leave details, NOC etc.

- Coordinate with HR team to gather, update leave records of employees and prepare leave settlement workings

- Prepare Full and Final Settlement workings and ensure timely verification and disbursement

- Prepare salary advances and HRA advances and handle related correspondence

- Generate staff related MIS reports for Corporate / Concept / Territory

- Pass necessary month end JVs into financial statements of the Concept

- Compute overtime based on the time details of the employees

- Handle opening of salary accounts, salary verifications with the bank

- Track absenteeism, leave records, late coming and overtime

- Ensure monthly collection and compilation of comp-offs for Staff

- Compile monthly payroll by taking into consideration leaves, absenteeism, overtimes etc and ensure verification for timely disbursement of salaries

- Handle Salary transfer formalities and verify payments

- Reconcile payroll details with payroll register and General Ledger

- Reconcile payroll details with personnel records periodically

- Manage casual labors and existing contracts with external vendors

- Incentive calculation based on budget & achievement in line with corporate policies and make changes whenever it is required

- Ticket booking and make the payments to the Vendors

- Procurement, PR & PO creation, and payment

- Prepare MIS reports on monthly basis
