Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading regional furniture and interiors distributor who is looking to hire an Assistant Sales Manager to focus on sanitary ware. This role will be heavily involved in sales, managing and developing sales staff alongside the Sales Manager.
This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked for a distributor of sanitary ware in Kuwait with an established network and strong knowledge of the market and products. You will work with the Sales Manager on major accounts, negotiate prices and discounts as well as develop the sales strategies to improve the market share across the product lines. You will work with architects, designers, engineers and clients, ensuring clear communication to complete projects. You will have the ability to be a team player, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to exceed targets.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have solid experience in sanitary ware sales in Kuwait. You should be someone that has strong sales experience, is able to work closely with a sales team working in a management position and is able to get involved in training. You should also be a native English speaker with experience of working with dealers or manufacturers within sanitary ware and have an expert level of product knowledge of mixers, bathtubs bathroom accessories, ceramic tiles etc. It is essential that you have strong knowledge of the full sales cycle and are someone who truly enjoys the FF&E industry.
