Associate Design Director

Job description / Role

Our Client is a leading multi disciplinary consultancy based in Kuwait. A new position has arisen within the Architectural Design Department for an Associate Design Director.

As Associate Design Director you will lead the conceptual and schematic design of various new and existing projects, ensuring quality of design is prioritised throughout the projects stages. Preparing concept designs and competition entries for new concepts for designs across sectors whilst ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality requirements and contract obligations in order to fulfil client requirements.

Requirements

You will be a qualified and registered architect with a minimum of 10 years experience post qualification;

AIA, RIBA or similar is expected;

Experience across the commercial, mixed use, retail and hospitality sectors are desirable;

You must have experience delivering and managing complex projects and leading design teams.
