We are now seeking an exceptional Authority Coordination Officer to join our award winning team based within our Kuwait Office.

This critical role will be responsible for coordinating between the Project Managers and the different clients, developers and authorities.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include:

• Leading the follow up on accounts receivable for all government projects.
• Following up on authority requirements and advising the design team accordingly.
• Assisting in the preparation and uploading of submittals and coordinating with authorities having jurisdiction.
• Preparing project authority approval schedule, logs, checklist and flow charts.
• Directing PMCM on issues relating to the supervision undertaking.
• Guiding the marketing group on building code interpretations, authority requirements and permitting strategies.
• Advising other allied practices on general guidance and authority permitting issues.
• Advising on issues pertaining to Kuwait Society of Engineers.

Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the development and administration of a regulatory/permitting system in Kuwait partnered with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Fluency in Arabic is required.
