The Role:

Manage, Monitor and Co-ordinate a single point of contact for all network forecasting and capacity information. Develop, plan, and implement the overall strategic requirement of the network system and closely monitor network utilization produce at macro level the infrastructure requirements and trigger the required expansion. Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future network requirements to meet the network needs. Ensure that all planning system skills, expertise are made available to meet the fast changing and challenging requirements of the operation and business demand.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:

- Managed International capacity for all IP, IPLC and Roaming services.
- Projected IP forecasting along with expected budget cost.
- Centralize cost of sale for all IP services and Achieve optimum level of efficiency, for cost effective operations.
- Review suppliers' outages/faults and apply applicable SLA terms for service credit.
- Manage major IP expansion projects between suppliers and CITRA technical team in coordination with all concerned parties.
- Participate in international contracts preparation prior legal reviews.
- Prepared procedure/process for services with MOC/CITRA to fulfil audit requirement.
- Reviewed and provided feedback on mega communication projects locally and globally.
- Solicit International vendors for leased services such as IPLCs, MPLS and IP transit services and negotiate service level agreements.
- Plan for "Business Plan" figures and Forecast analysis, translate Forecast into network elements (individual hardware items) and Analysis Forecast versus Actual (trends & growth).
- Projection and relief method to ensure that the orders will cover the Forecast, make Alternative plans for late orders or for high utilization and handle Miscellaneous Orders.
- Produce utilization report for all type of services and trends of all links (Traffic) in network and Ensure that the network do not get conjunction in case of conjunction to produce the relief method.
- Submit weekly/Monthly progress report covering all the aspects of accomplishment, statistical analysis and suggestion to improve the service.
- Meet forecasted demand and Operation/Business requirements efficiently and cost effectively.
- Plan update and review strategic short and long term plans, within the business plan cycle.
- Produce and analysis statistical report on the network and on the performance.
- Engaging with technical staff to outline requests and implement into network needs.
- Prepare all network commercial needs with Finance to ensure smooth work process.
- Global Tenders: Participating global tenders with US Army.
- Review international solicitations and extract customer requirements to arrange with technical team to prepare solutions for US Army RFP.
- Arrange/negotiate with global vendor/supplier for delivery international projects.
- Liaise with International providers for capacity (IP/IPLC) & negotiate contract terms to match with customer's SLA requirement.
- Established a friendly relationship and cooperation with MOC/CITRA staff
- leading to smooth delivery of international projects.
- Arrange the approvals with CITRA team so cabling team lay fiber/patch to international POPs hosted by CITRA and extend to ISP ODF.
- Managed and optimized International capacity with CITRA to minimize cost.
- Seeking prospective bulk purchasers.
- Maintain and update international contracts and initiate negotiation with vendor prior to contract expiry or renewal.

Requirements

Requirements:

- 5 years' experience.
- Required years of experience in customer service and/or administration.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
- Team leadership and coaching skills.
- Background in workout / recovery plans, with a minimum of 2 years at a supervisory level.
- Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.MS Office
- Good knowledge of telecommunications products, services and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of billing systems.

Qualification:

- Bachelor Degree or diploma in business or a related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.
