We are now seeking an exceptional Business Applications Manager to join our award winning team.

This critical role will be responsible for the management and administration of our Deltek Vision ERP application.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include:

- Leading the configuration, implementation and ongoing monitoring of the ERP and HR applications.
- Acting as a finance subject matter expert for system integration efforts, partnering with our operations and other shared services.
- Planning and coordinating testing changes, upgrades and new services, ensuring that systems will operate correctly in current and future environments.
- Overseeing integrations between applications.
- Supporting the efficient use of the system.
- Maintaining ongoing evaluations of the system.
- Managing and maintaining system documentation.
- Creating custom workflows and user defined components.
- Auditing and managing Vision security roles.
- Monitoring the applications, as well as documenting and analyzing problems and developing maintenance schedules.
- Coordinating with accounting, HR, IT, marketing and project teams.
- Assisting in the development and delivery of training to users.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 years' of Deltek Vision experience as a systems administrator partnered with with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance or Accounting is preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience of working in a project delivery environment, engineering/construction/consultancy industry will be viewed favourably.
