Job description / Role
Our client, Retail E-Commerce Company is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Business Intelligence Manager to manage their growing team of data engineers and analysts.
Requirements
- Excellent BI subject matter with expertise in e-commerce and analytical abilities, a proven ability to define BI roadmap and deliver results, and an ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Math, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, business analysis or comparable consumer analytics position, including 3+ years of experience managing a BI team.
- Strong written and verbal communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams and to convey key insights from complex analysis in summarised business terms.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom reporting systems and working with technical teams.
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, ETL processes and Tableau.
