Job description / Role
Required to join a construction company working on the construction of an airport in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the ‘Project team’ to ensure that the Client’s contracts administration programmes and reporting complies with the Clients contractual obligations. This will include developing the contracts administration department plans, ensuring contract administrators are dealing with their sections, advising on claims and liaising with the client and PM team.
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria
A degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying etc. Experience experience as a Contracts Manager on large scale projects. 10 years + working on airport projects. An excellent understanding of contract forms used in the Middle East. Arabic and English language skills
