Job description / Role
Quest Search & Selection is working with one of the most loved and prestigious home-grown restaurant groups in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Country Manager.
The company manage a collection of independent high end and casual award-winning concepts in Kuwait.
As the Country Manager you must have the following:
• Directly involved in Restaurant Operations, most recently in multi-unit management involved with a variety of brands/cuisines.
• The ideal candidate should be truly passionate about the industry as well as having thorough in-depth knowledge of the market.
• From this knowledge being able to strive towards clarity, solutions and strategic decision making.
Requirements
• You must have had experience working with a standalone restaurant group, with multiple brands.
• Ability to drive brand awareness and influence the market.
• You would be responsible for operating the current brands and developing the future brands.
• Be completely strategy focused and look at ways in which to develop the business.
• We would require a minimum of around 10 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
• Young, bright and full of great ideas with the ability to execute them with precision.
• You must have an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
• Experience directly involved in Restaurant Operations, most recently in multi-unit management involved with a variety of quality brands and international cuisines.
• Experience opening units in Kuwait and across the GCC is paramount.
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, flexibility and ability to multi-task within a fast-moving environment.
• International experience is a must and we will not be accepting applications from people with Hotel backgrounds.
• Ideally, we are looking for someone available immediately
