Main Purpose of the Job:
We are looking for a Project Design Review/Verification Coordinator with:

Key Roles/Responsibilities:
* Demonstrated experience in proactively focusing on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner
* An ability to proactively manage project-related issues
* Strong experience working with and co-ordinating multi-disciplined teams
* Strong experience in working to tight timelines and interfacing with many entities to develop a co-ordinated response to contractor's submissions
* Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with Contractor, Client's Team and internal Design Review Teams
* Experienced in maintaining active project status reports for entire project team
* Demonstrated experience in performing reconciliation and closeout process for all technical requirements prior to construction
* An ability to process variation orders and change orders
* Experience in maintaining, with the assistance of a document controller, electronic and hard copy of correspondence, reports and drawings for multiple phases of design
* Strong experience with scheduling and planning meetings and teleconferencing with remote resource pools
* Demonstrated experience in verifying and initiating payment for design stage invoices in a timely manner, and working with contractor's designer to reconcile any invoicing discrepancies
* Ability to managing and tracking the use of internal resources
* Experience in the following fields; Airside Infrastructure, Roads, Utilities, Buildings
* The ability to communicate in Arabic would be beneficial

Requirements

* Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, strongly preferred.
* Minimum 20 years of practical experience for in the field of Engineering / Construction, with at least 5 years of Experience in the Middle East
* Have managed design verification process previously and / or worked in a Design and Build environment
* Hands-on knowledge of maintaining accurate budget and tracking of all project expenditures.
* Demonstrated knowledge in the use and application of all technology required for assigned projects.
* Examples of some skills outlined below include;
* Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with internal team and external consultants.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Detail oriented
* Ability to multi-task and work both in team and independently
