Employment: Full Time

Our client is one of the world's leading biotechnology company in Kuwait. They are currently looking to expand their administration team and have introduced a position of an Executive Assistant & Office Manager

The Executive Assistant & Office Manager will have a variety of responsibilities:

Summary:
* Responsible for updating and regulating the induction program for every new employee
* Assisting with the processing of visas for all workers
* Responsible of new employee arrival process
* Organization of office supplies
* Key contact for lodgings and travel services
* Administrative and secretarial help to the Executive Office
* Complete month to month costs claims for the General Manager in accordance with the schedule
* Extensive global business travel planning for the Executive Office

Responsibilities:
* Visa measures for new employees and admin work
* Processes for new employee arrival
* Orientation of new employees
* Facility/Office Management
* Compliance- as per company standards

Job Offer

Requirements

The successful candidate for this EA & Office Manager role:

* Kuwaiti National
* University degree and/or secretarial qualification (preferred)
* 3 -5 years of experience working in a corporate and/or multinational environment
* Solid knowledge of office related and Kuwait labour regulations
* Strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills
* Confidence in individual ability and the capability to work collaboratively- keeping all information confidential
* Fluent in Arabic & English
* Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership and initiative
