Facilities Supervisor - HR Services - Kuwait
As an HRS Supervisor-Procurement, you will be managing a team of officers, coordinators and admin assistants who provide shared services to M.H. Alshaya Co. Kuwait. You need to be strong in negotiating with suppliers and closing deals; ensuring the company achieves the most cost effective options for products and services.
Requirements
* Maintain and build a strong relationship with vendors / suppliers
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Team leading skills.
* Good in assets management and analytical thinking.
* Expert in data analysis and management.
* Familiar with Kuwait market and companies.
* Supervise all purchasing activities processes by the team.
* Good in process developing.
* Adhere to company policy.
* Arabic speaker preferred.
* Must have a Kuwait driving license.
