Job description / Role
Plan and coordinate all Fleet Dept. activities; Corporate Sales & Government Tenders (Passenger cars, Commercial Vehicles and Heavy Equipment's).
Achieve sales and profits objectives as defined by management.
Develop policies, processes and procedures pertaining to Fleet Dept. Operations.
Contribute to Departments Budget preparation; monitor activities financial performance vs set budget to ensure alignment with set budget guidelines.
Conduct regular visits to customers to ensure long term marketing relationships.
Ensure periodic reporting delivery to management vs sales, achievements, obstaclesetc.
Conduct market study of auto competitors businesses.
Explore & penetrate into new market segments to increase sales of corporate/ tenders divisions.
Capable of managing a team of sales managers and outdoor sales consultants.
Override and revolve all sales dilemmas with customers and other involved parties.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree graduate (BA or similar).
+7 years Auto Industry experience preferably in a well-known Auto dealership firm.
Must have advance knowledge and experience/ practice of fleet management.
Excellent customer services/ care skills.
Excellent planning, leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication & negotiations skills.
Excellent knowledge of local market auto industry & competitors.
Proficient in using MS office applications and other related softwares.
Bilingual (Arabic Mother tongue).
