Job description / Role
A leading solutions provider is recruiting for a General Manager to lead and run a department of talented designers and operational staff.
- The Deputy General Manager is responsible for building the right expertise within the division to enable the organization achieving its vision and objectives.
- The position will include effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable profitable results for the organization.
- The Deputy General Manager will maintain and enhance relations with the construction community as well as a positive attitude that promotes the company’s vision and core values within the department and creates a favorable image of the company.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Have extensive experience selling commercial Kitchen equipment and / or commercial laundry.
- Be able to and have experience in running a division
- Be strategic, a strong leader and someone who wants to grow business
- Open minded
The division will provide project solutions and supply kitchen equipment to F&B, coffee shops, hotels etc
Project value can range from KD 50k - KD 10M
