Job description / Role
My Client is a large in international Consultancy based in Kuwait who are searching a Senior Geomechanics Engineer for a 12 month renewable project. The Geomechanics Engineer will be required to have a strong geoscience and drilling background and an expert in rock mechanics and engineering Geology experience in the petroleum industry.
The Senior Geomechanics Engineer will be required to:
- Have 15+ years experience in the Petroleum Industry
- Have a solid background in geomechanics, petrophysics and rock physics
- Have experience on exploration projects
- Have experience in building 1D and 3D mechanical Earth Models
- Have experience in Well planning, drilling operations with well bore stability assessment
- Have experience in hydraulic fracturing
- Have experience in critically stressed fracture
- Have experience in geomechanics log interpretation
- Have experience in Geomechanical softwares
- Review and QC data
