Business Development Director - Kuwait
My client, a large Engineering and Architectural consultants is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development with a BSc in Engineering to Drive market intelligence gathering related to all new business opportunities. Assess market changes and analyze the local market readings in order to evaluate and target potential clients / projects, and ensure that price levels are consistent with their strategy and requirements. Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders at existing clients and governmental departments
You will be managing a large team and will have to set performance objectives and targets, review performance and recommend development inputs / interventions for personnel. You must have worked in a similar level role with a with large and successful Architectural and Engineering firm in the Middle East and have a solid works record with suburb references
