Head of Fintech Innovation

Job description / Role

An excellent opportunity is available for a Head of Fintech Innovation role to join the digital team at a leading bank based in Kuwait. This role is responsible for creating partnerships to facilitate leveraging Fintech Innovation.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for creating Fintech strategy that complements the banks overall strategy.
- Responsible for ensuring all channels benefits from partnerships and optimize all products and services.
- Responsible for preparing analysis to support specific technology strategies, strategic planning activities and other activities in innovation excellence.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Relevant Bachelor's degree (Business degree/ Project Management/ Engineering)
- Minimum 10 years international work experience in Digital Technology
- Strong hands on expertise in innovation Fintech ecosystem
- Track record of working within Agile development environments and experienced in delivery into digital projects.
