Our client, a global asset manager with an AUM upwards of USD 200 M in AUM is looking to hire a Head of Real Estate Investments. This role will be responsible for building and expanding the infrastructure investments portfolio locally and internationally, identifying investment opportunities and reviews.

Description
* Actively identifying, sourcing, securing, and monitoring deals
* Screen potential deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, deal potential, financials, evaluating options and resolving internal priorities
* Develop Term Sheets for potential investment
* Formulate strategies, identifying client demand and product profiling
* Develop and execute the real estate strategy of the firm, including the magnetisation of multiple types of real estate assets

* Oversee and track the progress of defined value creation plans
* Represent the firm to the market, to partners and to all relevant stakeholders and relevant authorities

Requirements:
* This opportunity would be suitable for an experienced professional at a top-tier asset manager, private equity firm or specialist real asset firm
* Significant experience of managing a large multi-asset portfolio, as well as overseeing real asset transactions from start to close
* Experience in financial modelling and analysis, valuation and asset management
* Ability to analyse complex data and present, consider and recommend solutions to all relevant stakeholders
* You should have a degree and/or MBA from a top-tier university. CFA or equivalent qualification is preferred
* Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically and analytically
* High professional integrity, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
* Willing to be based in the Middle East full-time
