IT Manager

Job description / Role

The IT Department Manager will be responsible in managing for all organization IT requirements, ERP MS Dynamics AX projects, and providing technology support and training. Primary duties include: analyzing systems and processes; maintaining workstations and networks; and designing, developing and maintaining Web-based applications, manages and provides hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources.

Providing IT services in an effective and efficient manner that will ensure maximum access to company and its end users, and the IT Manager is responsible for leading IT team in the areas of IT infrastructure and services, and under the supervision of designated head of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Management or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in information technology industry with exposure to Retail Business Process knowledge in all domains like Finance, Sales, Production Planning, Materials Management, Quality Management, Project Systems, Costing, Business applications including ERP and Business Intelligence, Technology related to Server, PCs, Various operating systems, Wide area network, Local area network, Communications, Storage related technologies.
